Morning Notes

US Futures are lower this morning along with European markets after Greek Officials reported that the government has rejected proposal. There are new reports surfacing this morning that a new set of proposals have been sent to the Greek government today ahead of a meeting between Greek Prime Minister Tspiras and the ECB, IMF, and European Commission. Asian stocks closed higher.

 

Technicals

The $SPY had another inside trading day yesterday remaining within Monday’s price action making for slow, choppy markets. In result, the same levels will remain in play. Upper range support is at $211.50 and the first level of resistance is $212.60. Watch for either of these levels to break to determine a more definitive move in either direction.

CPXX: Celator Pharmaceuticals – The company announced positive induction response results from Phase 3 Study of CPX-351 in patients with high-risk (secondary) acute Myeloid Leukemia data validates the induction response rates observed in the Phase 2 study. Gapping up 25% with a 22M share float.

MEET: MeetMe – The company boosted Q2 outlook for revenue above consensus. Gapping up 25% with a 32M share float.

GBSN: Great Basin Scientific – The company announced the win of NIH (National Institutes of Health) Grant to Develop Direct from Whole Blood Test for Deadly CRE Superbug. Gapping up 9% with a 2M share float.

NVGN: Novogen – The company announced its cytotoxic chemotherapy drug, Anisina, has been fast-tracked by the Company to be ready to come into clinics. Gapping up 7% with a 9M share float.
