Morning Notes
US futures are just slightly higher this morning and European stocks are also trading higher after hitting monthly lows yesterday. Eurozone manufacturing PMI came in higher than expected which points to increased production in upcoming months. Asian markets closed lower after their manufacturing numbers came in the lowest in over 6 years.
Technicals
The SPY gapped lower on the open yesterday and traded significantly lower intraday to then close back just off the open price at $193.91. New support will lie at the low of yesterday’s range at $192.56, followed by $190.61. Resistance will lie at the high of yesterday’s range at $194.46, followed by $194.53, $194.96, and $195.21.
