Morning Notes
US futures are relatively flat this morning as it is Columbus day. Equity markets remain open while bond markets are closed. The market awaits a busy calendar of Q3 earnings for this week which will give a better gauge of the economy’s overall strength and may give the Fed what they are seeking to hike rates. Asian stocks closed higher.
Technicals
The SPY closed relatively flat on Friday of last week putting in a narrower range that the prior days in the week. Support will lie at the low of Friday’s range at $200.58, followed by the 50 day moving average at $199.46 and then support from Thursday at $198.59. Resistance will lie at the high of Friday’s range at $201.90, followed by $202.89.

CANF: CanFite Biopharmaceuticals – The company announced that the European Medicines Agency Granted Orphan Designation to Can-Fite’s CF102 in the Treatment of Liver Cancer. Gapping up 17% with a 9.5M share float.
CLSN: Celsion – The company announced impressive preclinical data for its immunotherapy for ovarian cancer. Gapping up 7% with a 19M share float.
