Morning Notes
US futures are slightly higher and European stocks are also higher, both trading at 2 week highs. Fed Chair Janet Yellen will speak later today at 10:00 to the House Financial Services Committee. China released better than expected Q2 GDP economic data, however the Shanghai still managed to close lower due to the negative sentiment towards Chinese equities.
Technicals
The $SPY held the $209.8 level and moved higher in yesterday’s session closing at $210.68, just over the next resistance level of $210.60. $209.80 will still remain the level of support until the price action can hold above $210.60. Resistance overhead lies at $211.25 and $212.60.

OGXI: OncoGenex – William Blair reiterated their outperform rating on shares of OncoGenex Pharmaceuticals with a $6 price target. Gapping up 18% with a 22M share float.
CLSN: Maxim Group began coverage on shares of Celsion. The firm set a “buy” rating and a $12.00 price target on the stock and noted it has upside potential of 400%. Gapping up 9% with a 15M share float.
