Morning Notes
US futures are flat to slightly positive and European stocks are trading higher by over +1% after the FOMC minutes annoucement where they remained hesitant to raise rates until a better gauge on China’s economic activity can be attained. Asian stocks settled mostly higher.
Technicals
The SPY continued its push higher in yesterday’s sessions putting in the biggest move up since December of 2014. Support will lie at the low of yesterday’s range at $198.59, followed by $197.48. Resistance will lie at the high of yesterday’s range at $201.55, followed by $202.89.

PBMD: Prima Biomed – The company announced it has received 306k Euro in grant funding from the European Union and the German Free State of Saxony. Also a former runner. Gapping up 8% with a 62M share float.
