Morning Notes
US Futures are off by .5% and European Markets are also trading lower by .3% on the giveback of yesterday’s sharp move higher. Energy is mostly lower as crude has slipped on the speculation that a nuclear deal may be close with Iran. On a more positive note, the Eurozone February unemployment fell to nearly a 3 year low.
Technicals
The $SPY is gapping down this morning but still above yesterday’s gap up low of $206.40. We will be watching to see if this support level will hold for a continued move up. The first area of resistance is at yesterday’s high of $208.61 with descending resistance coming back into play at $211.75.
In Play
DANG: Reported EPS and Q4 revenue rose 27% and sees Q1 2015 revenue up 28%. Daily chart has trigger spot for a move higher over $9 then $9.80. Gapping up over 6% with a 50M share float.
