Morning Notes
US Futures are pointing higher this morning after merger news came out from TEVA on preparing a bid for MYL. MYL is trading over 13% higher in premarket trading. European stocks traded higher early and have since retraced. Asia closed moderately higher.
Technicals
The $SPY broke back above and held the $209 level leaving the $SPY caught in a very tight range with either a strong move up or down imminent. Resistance remains at $210.20-.30 while support of $209 remains in tact.

BIOC: Biocept, Inc. – Company announced news that it had entered into a collaboration with the University of California to determine the clinical utility of detecting biomarkers present in CTCs and ctDNA in blood samples for non-small cell lung cancer patients using Biocept’s OncoCEE(TM) LU platform and CEE-Selector(TM) technology. Gapping up over 10% with just over a 12.5M share float.
BCLI: Brainstorm Cell Therapeutics – The company’s NurOwn phase 2a data proved significant effects on ALS patients. Gapping up 11% with a 14.5M share float.
