Morning Notes

US Futures are down this morning nearing 1 month lows while European Markets are trading lower by roughly 1% as news out of China on slower than expected inflation numbers may point to a slowdown in economic growth in the China. Greek concerns still loom as they try to work out a plan with creditors.

Technicals

The $SPY remained below and closed under the last level of support of $210 in yesterday’s session. The next levels of support are at $208, then critical support at $207. If the $207 level breaks, the next zone of support will be the 200 day moving average near $205. If a move back up were to happen, the price action would need to at least reclaim the $210 level to be considered a viable move.
