Morning Notes
US Futures are down yet again this morning on continued concern on Greece’s debt situation. Yesterday, Greece and its creditors were unable to reach any agreements throughout the lengthy negotiations and as a result Greece’s ASE index slid over -3.3%. European stocks and Asian stocks traded lower.
Technicals
The $SPY tested $208 support again yesterday and closed up off the support level at $209.11. The $208 support will remain as mid range support with $207 being the next level. Resistance will be present at $209.45, the high of yesterday’s range.

ACUR: Acura Pharmaceuticals – The Company announced it has entered into a license and development agreement with Bayer Healthcare for Acura’s IMPEDE technology. Gapping up 30% with a 34M share float.
GBSN: Great Basin Scientific – The Company announced receipt of a European Patent for the Company’s on-chip amplification technology, currently patented in the U.S. Gapping up 8% with 2.6M share float.
