Morning Notes
US futures are slightly higher this morning, led by the strength in the tech sector. Energy stocks are also moving higher as crude oil currently is up by .75%. European stocks are trading lower after the July industrial production numbers came in weaker than expected. Asian markets closed lower.
Technicals
The SPY gapped higher into the open in yesterday’s session and back filled the gap and then moving to further lows ending the day in the negative. New resistance will lie at the high of yesterday’s range at $199.47, followed by $199.84. Support will lie at the low of yesterday’s range at $194.35, followed by $193.86 and $191.61.
