Morning Notes
US futures are relatively flat this morning as the FOMC begins the 2 day policy meeting to decide whether or not this is the time to raise rates for the first time in 9 years. European stocks are trading higher by over 1.2% as China surged into the close ending up 5%. Asian markets closed higher.
Technicals
The SPY moved higher is yesterday’s session closing the day at $198.46. Resistance will lie at the high of yesterday’s range at $198.99, followed by$199.47. Support will lie at the low of yesterday’s range at $195/96, followed by$195.43.

CBLI: Cleveland Biolabs- The company announced the publication of studies demonstrating the ability of Entolimod to reduce radiation injury and improve survival when administered up to 48 hours after exposure of nonhuman primates to lethal radiation. Gapping up 6% with a 3.5M share float.
