Morning Notes
US Futures are relatively flat to slightly higher this morning after 7 straight sessions of decline. Markets await the results of the imminent presidential election which still remains very uncertain at this time. Asian stocks closed mostly lower with Japan closed for holiday.
Technicals
The SPY continued its move lower yesterday and closed negative for the 7th straight session. Support will lie at the low of yesterday’s range at $209.23 followed by the 200 day moving average at $203.09. Resistance will lie at the high of yesterday’s range at $211.10, followed by the recent support pivot which is now resistance at $212.50, then $212.99, $213.19, $213.93, and the 100 day moving average at $214.38.
