Morning Notes
US Futures are are modestly lower this morning along with European stocks led by the technology sector with AAPL, FB, and AMZN all at least -1% in pre market trading. Crude is under pressure as well after Iran said it had increased production for the month of October above OPEC estimates. Asian stocks closed mostly mixed.
Technicals
The SPY traded in another wide range throughout yesterday’s session as the volatility continues. Support will lie at the low of yesterday’s range at $215.22, followed by the 100 day moving average at $214.69, followed closely by the 50 day moving average at $214.49, then the recent support pivot at $212.50. Resistance will lie at the high of yesterday’s range at $218.31, followed by $218.94, $219.22, and all time highs at $219.60.
