Morning Notes
US Futures are tracking slightly lower this morning while European markets trade lower as the price of crude slips over -1.5% on API data late yesterday which showed a build in stockpiles. Asian stocks closed mostly mixed.
Technicals
The SPY pushed higher out of its recent consolidation range over the last few days. Support will lie at the low of yesterday’s range at $216.80 which also coincides with the recent support pivot. That is followed by $215.72, $215.32, $215.22, the 100 day moving average at $214.98 and the 50 day moving average at $214.42. Resistance will lie at the high of yesterday’s range at $218.28, followed by $218.94, $219.22, and all time highs at $219.60.
