US Futures are relatively flat this morning while European stocks are trading slightly higher. Markets await President Trump’s speech to Congress on Tuesday where he is expected to reveal his full tax and healthcare reform plans. The price of crude is trading higher this morning by +.075% giving energy producing stocks a bid. Asian stocks closed predominantly lower.
Technicals
The SPY finished higher on Friday, closing just below record highs. Near term support will lie at the low of Friday’s range at $235.41, followed by $235.09, $233.95, $233.85, $233.39, and $232.16. Resistance will lie at the high of Friday’s range at $236.79, followed by record highs at $236.90.
