Morning Notes
US Futures trending higher and European stocks are lower in early morning trading. US markets are up after congress passed a 2 year budget bill early this morning to avoid another shutdown. However, weakness in the mining and energy sectors are driving European markets lower and limiting US gains. Signs of higher supplies and production are driving the commodity prices lower. Asian stocks closed mostly lower to end the week.
