Morning Notes
US Futures and European stocks are higher in early trading to start the week. Markets are higher on hopes that a trade deal between the US and Mexico will happen soon. Pres. Trump tweeted that a “big Trade Agreement” could be happening soon with Mexico. Asian markets settled the day higher.
Technicals
The SPY exhibited strength in Friday’s session pressing to new all time highs. This morning the SPY is looking to gap to new all time highs. Support will first lie at the old $285 pivot, followed by the 20EMA at 284.07, then gap entry at $283.37, gap fill at $282.54, the $279.5 pivot, gap entry of $276.5, then gap fill at $275.84. It continues at the $275.5 pivot, the 100SMA at $274.76, then $274 and the 200SMA at $271.92. Resistance is at the new all time highs of $287.67.
