Morning Notes
US Futures and European shares are slightly higher in early trading. Weak data from China is weighing on markets showing their industrial sector growing at the slowest rate in 17 years. The US FAA has grounded variations of the BA 737 MAX aircraft following suit with many other nations. Asian markets settled the session mostly lower.
Technicals
The SPY continued to exhibit strength in yesterday’s session pushing through the critical $281.2 resistance and holding above that into the close. Support will first found at the $281.2 pivot, followed by the 20EMA at $276.85, the $275.5 pivot and the 200SMA at $274.94, then pivot low of $272.42, $270, and the 100SMA at $267.76. Resistance first lies at $286.6 and $288.8
