Morning Notes
US Futures and European shares are slightly lower in early trading. US/China trade talks continue today in Washington with President Trump meeting with the Chinese negotiators. TSLA is lower this morning following a 31% sales drop compared to the previous quarter. Asian markets settled the session mixed.
Technicals
The SPY gapped above the $286.6 pivot to start yesterday’s session and closed the day at that level. Support will first found at the $286.6 pivot, then the $281.2 pivot, followed by the 20EMA at $281.50, the $275.5 pivot, the 200SMA at $275.45, then pivot low of $272.42, $270, and the 100SMA at $269.31. Resistance first lies at $288.8 and $289.45.
