Morning Notes
US Futures and European markets are lower in early trading. Markets are under some pressure following some weaker than expected retail and industrial output reports from China. Asian stocks settled the session mostly lower.
Technicals
The SPY consolidated in yesterday’s session and remaining above the ascending support level. Support will first be found at ascending support of $306.95, followed by ascending support and pivot at $306, the 20EMA at $304.64, $302.20s, $298.50, $296.97, the 100SMA at $296.81, gap entry at $295.57, then gap fill at $294.21. Resistance will be found at all-time highs of $309.99.
