Morning Notes
US Futures and European markets are lower in early trading. New concern mounts after cases of coronavirus jumped by nearly 15,000 as new detection methods are being used. The International Energy Agency states that quarterly energy consumption could drop this quarter for the first time in a decade. Asian stocks settled the session lower.
Technicals
The SPY continued to post new highs through yesterday’s session and is looking to open lower this morning. Support will first be found at previous highs of 334.75, then gap entry of $330.67, gap fill and the 20EMA at $330.01, $327, then $319.50, $315.48, then the 100SMA at $313.12. Resistance will be found at all-time highs of $337.65.
