Morning Notes
US Futures and European markets are lower in early trading. Markets are lower this morning following a spike in coronavirus infections outside of China. Markets dropped in yesterday’s session following concern over corporate profits and other economic impacts resulting from the coronavirus outbreak. Asian stocks settled the session lower.
Technicals
The SPY dropped on heavy volume in yesterday’s session and recovered some of those losses into the afternoon. Support will first be found at 334.75, then the 20EMA at $332.90, gap entry at $330.67, gap fill at $330.01, $327, then $319.50, $315.48, then the 100SMA at $315.12. Resistance will be found at 337.5s and all-time highs of $339.08.
