Morning Notes
US Futures and European markets are higher in early trading. The economic impact of COVID-19 is starting to have its effects on Wallstreet as businesses encourage employees to work remotely and state and local governments are starting to cancel events and gatherings. Asian stocks settled the session higher.
Technicals
The SPY continued to drop on volume in yesterday’s session bouncing with an announcement from the Fed of another cash injection and sold those gains off into the close. Support will first be found at yesterday’s lows of $247.68, followed by ascending support of $239.13, $233.76. Resistance will be found at gap entry of $266.66, gap fill at $270.88, $273.09, $281.5, $285.54, gap fill at $290.23, the 20EMA at 300.37, $302.55, and the 200SMA at 304.62.
