Morning Notes
US Futures and European markets are slightly higher in early trading. Markets continue to exhibit some strength coming off of the short term bottom. Manufacturing data from China is giving a little confidence to investors as it appears their economy is starting to kick off again. Asian stocks settled the session mostly higher.
Technicals
The SPY continued to move higher in yesterday’s session nearing its 20EMA. Support will first be found $247.68, followed by $242.21, $233.76, $228.02, and $218.26. Resistance will be found with ascending resistance at $256.40, the 20EMA at $264.89, $273.09, $281.5, gap fill at $290.23, and the 200SMA at $302.74.
