Morning Notes
US futures are relatively flat this morning as China sold off overnight by -1.3% along with the price of crude slipping lower by roughly -1.5%. The markets await Fed Chair Yellen’s speech at 11:30 A.M. EST.
Technicals
The SPY held its 9 EMA in yesterday’s session, closing slightly lower on the day. Support will lie at the 9 EMA at $203.14, followed by the low of yesterday’s range at $202.71, the 200 day SMA at $200.76 and Thursday’s low of $202.74. Resistance will lie at the high of yesterday’s range at $203.86, followed by $204.33 and a double top at $205.23.
