Morning Notes
US Futures are relatively flat this morning while European markets trade lower by -.75% as markets await the October payroll number which may provide further insight into the Fed’s decision making process for interest rates. Crude oil prices are touching 5 week lows this morning, undercutting energy producers. Asian stocks closed mostly lower.
Technicals
The SPY continued the selloff throughout yesterday’s session making it the 8th straight day of declines. Support will lie at the low of yesterday’s range, followed closely by the 200 day moving average at $208.20, then $207.06 and a support pivot at $206.50. Resistance will lie at the high of yesterday’s range at $210.24, followed by $211.10, and the recent support pivot at $212.50.
