Morning Notes
US stock futures are edging higher this morning after the DJIA and S&P 500 hit record highs on Friday. European stocks are mixed this morning with ongoing Brexit talks. Earnings season is in full swing with a busy schedule over the next couple weeks. Asian stocks ended mixed.
Technicals
The SPY traded into record highs throughout Friday’s session along with the DJIA. Support will lie at the low of Friday’s range $244.31, followed by Thursdays low of $243.3, the 20 EMA at $242.90, then gap fill at $242.55. Support continues at the 50 SMA at $241.84, followed by $240.85, and the near term support pivot at $240.65. Resistance will lie at the high of Friday’s range at $245.97, followed by ascending resistance at $246.30.
