Morning Notes
US Futures and European shares are higher in early trading. Markets are higher this morning following comments from Pres. Trump that he is extending the trade tariff deadline between China and the US with progress being made in those discussions. Asian markets settled the session higher.
Technicals
The SPY continued to consolidate at the near term highs in yesterday’s session. Support is again first found at the near term support of $276.1 followed closely by the $275.5 pivot, then the 200SMA at $274.50, followed by the 20EMA at $272.40, $270, and the 100SMA at $268.54. Resistance first lies at $281 and $286.6.
