Morning Notes
US Futures and European shares are higher in early trading. Markets are higher following comments from China’s Central Bank saying that both sides are near an agreement. BA is lower this morning following a second crash involving their 737 MAX 8 aircraft. Asian markets settled the session mostly higher.
Technicals
The SPY opened below the 200SMA in Friday’s session and remained below that level into the close. This morning we are looking to open above the 200 at the $275.5 support. Support will first found at gap entry of $272.34, $270, the 100SMA at $267.67. Resistance first lies at the 200SMA at $274.83, followed by $275.5, the 20EMA at $275.80, then 281.2 and $286.6.
