Morning Notes
US Futures and European markets are slightly higher in early trading. Markets are higher following news from the US Treasury that they do not have plans to prohibit Chinese companies from listing on the US markets, which was the news that sent markets lower on Friday. Asian stocks settled the session mixed.
Technicals
The SPY failed to hold the 20EMA again in Friday’s session and drifted down through the 50SMA support, then regained the level into the close. Support will first be found at the 50SMA of $294.69, followed by $294.30, the 100SMA at $292.12, $288.44, then ascending support of $287.90. Resistance will be found at ascending resistance at $296.70, then the 20EMA at $297.04, $302.20, $302.63 and ascending resistance of $305.50
