Morning Notes
US Futures are higher this morning as are European stocks after some speculation on European officials making headway over a Greek bailout. Asian stocks were also lifted higher on the Greece news.
Technicals
The $SPY closed lower at $210.81 back below support of $211.30 and also back below former descending resistance which could equate to a false break type setup. Support will be at the low of Friday’s range, or $210.36 and resistance will be back above $211.30.

AMPE: Ampio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. – The company announced that further data analysis from the 12-week multi-center, placebo-controlled, double-masked randomized trial identified a reversal of pathological changes and a synergistic effect with other medication. As previously reported, oral treatment with Optina (low-dose danazol) has been shown to be safe and confer significant improvements in visual acuity (VA) and reductions in central retinal thickness (CRT) in patients with diabetic macular edema (DME) when given the optimal dose. Gapping up 8% with a 37M share float.
