Morning Notes
US Futures are slightly higher this morning while European markets trade sharply higher by +1.4% on speculation the global banks will keep monetary easing policies in play to aid in economic growth. Crude is trading higher by roughly +2% giving energy producing stocks an early bid. Asian stocks closed mostly higher.
Technicals
The SPY traded on an inside range throughout yesterday’s session and ended slightly lower. Support will lie at the low of yesterday’s range at $213.38, followed by $213.03, the double bottom formation at $212.50 and then the 100 day moving average at $212.39. Resistance will lie at the high of yesterday’s range at $214.59, followed by $214.88, $215.73, $216.81, and the 50 day moving average at $216.87.
