Us markets rallied Tuesday morning after a deal was put together Monday evening to keep the government open. This along with a potential trade deal with China has boosted investor confidence and pushed markets substantially higher.

Nothing is set in stone as of yet but with positive comments coming from both deals is putting buyers in the driver seat today.
