Traders are applauding the trade talk progress and are optimistic a deal will go through.
However, as typical with any negotiations (especially one as complicated as this), finalizing a deal always gets harder towards the end and will likely have some setbacks.
“Assuming both sides make additional progress, we will be planning a Summit for President Xi and myself, at Mar-a-Lago, to conclude an agreement,” Trump tweeted. “A very good weekend for U.S. & China!”
