Morning Notes
US Futures and European markets are lower in early trading. Tensions remain high between China and the US. China’s Vice Commerce Minister made a statement saying the US will not force China to submit with the ongoing trade war. AAPL kicks off it’s developer presentation today and investors will watch to see if there are any new plans in development for the near future. Asian markets settled the session lower.
Technicals
The SPY remained weak in Friday’s session consolidating and closing below the $275.5 pivot level. Support will first be found at $272.50, then $270 and $268. Resistance first lies at $275.5, followed by the 200SMA at $277.26, then the 100SMA at $279.33, $281.2, then the 20EMA at $283.57.
