Morning Notes
US Futures and European markets are lower in early trading. Markets continue to feel the pressure of trade tensions between China and the US. This in addition to the global economic slowdown is putting investors a little on edge. Asian stocks settled the session mostly higher.
Technicals
The SPY consolidated between the 100SMA and 50SMA in Friday’s session. Support will first be found at the 100SMA of $289.99, $288.44, descending support at $286, $281.72, followed by the 200SMA at $278.97. Resistance will be found at $293.20, the 20EMA at $294.34, $294.45, $297, then $299.6, $301 and $302.23
