Morning Notes
US Futures and European markets are higher in early trading. Markets remain on highs following positive trade developments in China with reported possible reductions in tariffs for the phase 1 agreement. Asian stocks settled the session higher.
Technicals
The SPY gapped higher in yesterday’s session over the ascending resistance to new all-time highs and consolidated around that level into the close. Support will first be found at ascending support of $306.65, followed by $304.50, ascending support of $303.20, $302.20s, the 20EMA at $300.83, $298.50, $296.97, gap entry and the 100SMA at $295.57, the 100SMA of $295.35, then gap fill at $294.21, $293.85, the 200SMA at $288.23. Resistance will be found at all-time highs of $308.
