Morning Notes
US Futures and European markets are higher in early trading. Eyes will be on Fed Chair Powells testimony for any insights into the US economy on the Fed level. Investors are seeming to shrug off earlier concerns over the economic impacts of the coronavirus. Asian stocks settled the session mixed.
Technicals
The SPY exhibited strength in yesterday’s session closing the day on new all-time highs and is looking to gap higher to open this morning. Support will first be found at previous highs of 334.19, then gap entry of $330.67, gap fill at $330.01, the 20EMA at $328.60, $327, then $319.50, $315.48, then the 100SMA at $312.42. Resistance will be found at all-time highs of $334.19.
