Morning Notes
US futures are pointing higher this morning and European markets are trading slightly higher after yesterday’s sharp decline. A bounce in Crude and a higher than expected Eurozone economic confidence number is helping hold the slight gains. Asian stocks closed mostly lower.
Technicals
The SPY moved significantly lower in yesterday’s session, closing just off the lows at $188.01. With recent lows in range, new support will lie at the low of yesterday’s range at $187.64, followed by $186.92 which opens up then to $182.40. Resistance will be at the high of yesterday’s range at $191.91, followed by $195.

NVAX: Novovax – The company announced Positive Top-Line Data from Phase 2 Clinical Trial of RSV F Vaccine to Protect Infants via Maternal Immunization. Gapping up 16% with a 265M share float.
RJET: Republic Airways – Moved significantly higher in yesterday’s session on a deal that eases the possibility of bankruptcy risk. Initiated with a BUY rating and a price target of $8 at Deutsche Bank. Look for a continuation move in today’s session. Gapping up 13% with a 40.7M share float.
