Morning Notes
US Futures are off this morning by just over -.3% along with European Markets as the slip in oil prices is putting pressure on the leading energy producers. A long list of earnings reports from yesterday’s close and today are sure to give further clues in the direction of today’s market.
Technicals
The $SPY broke through descending resistance of $210.30 yesterday once again, yet pulled back and closed below at $209.24. Since this resistance level has been tested several times and held it remains in play. Additional resistance comes in the form of a flat top now at $211. Support remains at $209.

GBSN: Great Basin – The company announced news that it has received FDA 510(k) clearance for Group B Strep molecular diagnostic testing. Gapping up 37% with a 2.1M share float.
ONVO: Organovo Holdings – The company announced that it has entered into a research collaboration agreement with Merck Sharp & Dohme. This will give Merck access to Organovo’s liver tissue services. Gapping up 20% with a 73M share float.
