Morning Notes
US futures are moving higher this morning after strong earnings reports from tech companies Amazon, Microsoft, and Google which are all sharply higher in the pre market. In world wide news, China has cut their interest rate by .25 basis points that becomes effective October 24th. Asian stocks closed higher.
Technicals
The SPY surged higher in yesterday’s session closing just off the highs and below the 200 day moving average. Support will lie at the low of yesterday’s range at $201.85, followed by $201.65 and $199.64. Resistance will lie at the high of yesterday’s range at $205.51, followed closely by the 200 day moving average at $206 and then $207.17.
