Morning Notes
US Futures are slightly lower this morning while European stocks are trading lower as continued concerns of China’s deflation issues puts pressure on markets. Asian stocks closed predominantly lower.
Technicals
The SPY broke lower through last week’s accelerated move higher and is approaching the 200 day moving average. Resistance will lie at the high of yesterday’s range at $209.49, followed by $210.32, and descending resistance at $210.80’s. Support will lie at the low of yesterday’s range at $206.95 and the 200 day moving average at $206.39.
