Morning Notes
US Futures along with European stocks are drifting lower this morning. US Stocks are still feeling pressure as roadblocks appear ahead of the long anticipated US Tax reform. British PM May is under increased scrutiny after many in parliament signed a letter of no confidence in her abilities. Asian stocks closed mostly lower to start the week.
Technicals
The SPY continued the consolidation just above the 20EMA during Friday’s session, closing the day positive. Support will lie at the low of Friday’s range at $257.37, followed by the 20EMA at $256.81, then $256.36, $256.19, $255.63, a pivot at $254.30, then $253.98, $253.65, the 50SMA at $253.25, then $253.20, and a recent pivot at $250.15. Resistance will lie at $258.20 which also forms a short term pivot followed by all time highs at $259.35.
