US futures are edging higher in early trading. European stocks are higher amid the ongoing political crisis in Spain and tensions in Britain with PM May in office and Brexit negotiations. Asian markets settled mixed for the day.
Technicals
The SPY consolidated throughout Friday’s session after six consecutive days of gains. Support will lie at the low of Friday’s range at $253.85, followed by $253.20, then $252.56, $252.23, $251.29, the 20EMA at $250.81, long term ascending support line at $250.21, and finally the recent pivot $250.13. Resistance will be at the high of yesterday’s range at $254.46, then record highs at 254.68.
