Morning Notes
US Futures and European markets are flat in early trading. Investors continue to remain optimistic that a phase one trade deal could be reached before the end of the year. This after US and Chinese officials had a phone conversation late yesterday where they agreed to continue to work with each other on implementation of an agreement. Asian stocks settled the session mixed.
Technicals
The SPY posted new all-time highs in yesterday’s session and consolidated above the ascending resistance line. Support will first be found at ascending support of $312.60, followed by 309.06, the 20EMA at $308.38, $302.20s, $298.50 and the 100SMA at $298.17. Resistance will be found at all-time highs of $313.37.
