US futures are pointing lower and European stocks are trading lower by over -.50% after China extended losses overnight. Asian stocks closed lower.
Technicals
The SPY gapped significantly lower in yesterday’s session hitting 3 month lows. Support will lie at a very key level of $198.59 which is the low of yesterday’s range and corresponds with more support 3 months ago. Resistance will lie at the high of yesterday’s range at $201.03, followed by the beginning of the gap at $203.87.
